 We are simply sharing the records we have received through FOIA.

 

I guess the question is:

Is it OK for an attorney representing citizens against our campground to be emailing the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors with “food for thought” that looked like changing the ordinance affecting our property?

Is it ok for an attorney representing citizens against our campground to want to set up a time to meet with the Stafford Planning Department concerning our campground?

 

We believe the public deserves to see this information and ask the same question we are asking:

Is this right?
