Another Chapter of Obstruction in the Making — Different Act, Same Agenda
What’s been happening to our lawful, by-right Camping Resort isn’t just unfair — it’s looking like DEEP STATE tactics right here in Stafford County Virginia. Backroom Deals, Illegal Demands, and Sudden Ordinance Changes — all aimed at stopping us at any cost.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s already been exposed — and what’s to come:
1️⃣ The illegal “Tents Only” Demand
The county illegally demanded we stamp “TENTS ONLY” all over our site plan — a demand that doesn’t exist in the ordinance. Deputy and Supervisor Deuntay Diggs admitted political figures were involved in this overreach:
“I think there was a conversation where a couple of… people that are in political positions STEPPED IN and said it should only be, I forget what type of tent, a BASIC TENT.” Deputy and Supervisor Deuntay Diggs
We even offered a $250,000 reward to anyone who could find their made up lie of “tents only” in the ordinance. But, NO one could — because it’s not there.
2️⃣ The Backroom Ordinance Deal
FOIA emails show Supervisor Diggs saying he was going to work on changing the ordinance and removing RVs from by-right status:
“I want to inform you that part of my pledge to each of you was to be proactive and try to prevent a situation like the campground from occurring in the future. At tonight’s board meeting, I won the support of the majority of the board to review our campground ordinance and RVs and remove them from by-right status. That proves the county already knew the existing ordinance allowed RVs and more but went with a government overreach of DEMANDING 'Tents Only"
Instead of honoring the law, they started scheming behind closed doors to rewrite it — just in case they needed a backup plan.
3️⃣ Changing the Ordinance Mid-Process
When the existing ordinance wasn’t in Stafford County’s favor, the county rushed to change it while our application was already underway and headed to the finish line.
Diggs himself said:
“What we think it should be and what the ordinance says it is, is two different things.”

Instead of following the law, they rewrote it on the fly.
"Now the New Scheme in the Making"
The newest Scheme to stop our Campground Resort is already here and its making it's way around. We even heard it floating around in the court room as the Stafford Attorney stumbled her way through the question of -Why did the county demand the owners to have "Tents Only" when that is not in the law?
The newest claim (since all the others didn't pan out) is that we were "too vague" about what type of uses were going to have- and therefore, the judge should not allow this camping resort to move forward.
This is the same misinformation that the "common denominator" — Deputy and Chair of the Board of Supervisors, Deuntay Diggs — has already been planting at his townhalls, where what he heard from the county he took and spread to the public without any form of DUE DILIGENCE.
"the developer is sending it to the county but not answering the questions being asked in terms of are there going to be RV's, are there going to be Travel Trailers, what is he trying to do, he's been VERY VAGUE.
And so the county is looking at that, there asking questions and sending it back to the developer basically doing the back and forth' BOS Deuntay Diggs
And now? We’re seeing the ripple effect. The White Oak opposition that were all dressed in white and flooded the courtroom is on fire with this talking point. They left the courtroom and started parroting Stafford's attorney and Diggs. The county’s false statements have spread like wildfire, handing the opposition yet another pile of manufactured ammo to throw at us.
📣 This weekend, we’ll be setting the record straight on this latest Scheme they’ve cooked up.
⚠️ This isn’t just a zoning fight anymore. It’s exposure time. Stafford County officials have crossed from “mismanagement” into illegal, coordinated activity with political influence. And we’re about to shine a bright light on every tactic they’ve used to sabotage a lawful business in order to fight for our Equal Rights. Stafford doesn't need another Islamic Cemetery debacle again.
